Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains what information Amino Minder collects, how it's used, and the choices you have. It's incorporated by reference into, and should be read together with, our Terms of Service.
"Your data is yours. It's visible to you, and no one else — full stop."
Our Principles
Nothing sold, nothing shared
We don't sell your dosing history, and we don't hand it to anyone for their own use. It exists so the app can show you your own curves — that's the whole reason it's there.
Yours alone
Every log, protocol, and note is stored under your account and locked to it — our own database rules enforce that only you can ever read it back.
Minimal by design
Amino Minder doesn't ask for anything it doesn't need to do its job.
What Data Actually Moves, In Plain Terms
In the interest of not just saying "we collect nothing" and leaving it there — here's the honest, complete list:
- Your account email, so you can sign in and your data can sync between your own devices. Nothing else is tied to it.
- The dosing data you enter — compounds, amounts, timestamps, notes — stored under your account only, never sold, never used to build a profile for advertisers.
- An advertising identifier, for free-tier users only, used by our ad provider to show the banner ads that keep the free tier free. Premium removes this — and every ad — entirely.
- Purchase records, if you buy Premium or an export, handled by our payment processor to keep your subscription working across devices.
That's the complete list. No analytics dashboards, no location pings, no selling of health data — ever. And if you ever want it gone: Settings → Delete account permanently removes your account and every piece of data tied to it, right from the app, no support ticket required.
Who Operates This Service
Amino Minder is operated by Baya Lobo LLC, an Arizona limited liability company. Questions about this policy or your data can be sent to contact@aminominder.com.
The Third Parties Who Process Data On Our Behalf
We use a small number of service providers to run Amino Minder, each strictly for the function they're named for:
- Google Firebase — account authentication and secure storage of your logged data.
- Google AdMob — serving banner ads to free-tier users, using an advertising identifier.
- RevenueCat — processing and syncing subscription/purchase records.
None of these providers are permitted to use your data for their own purposes beyond providing that service to us.
Your Rights Over Your Data
You can access and review everything you've logged at any time directly in the app. You can correct or delete any individual entry yourself. You can permanently delete your entire account and all data tied to it at any time via Settings → Delete account, with no support request required.
If you're located somewhere with additional statutory data rights (for example, California or the EU/UK), those rights are honored the same way — contact us at contact@aminominder.com if the in-app tools don't cover what you need.
Security
Your data is stored under your account with access rules enforced at the database level, so it's readable only by you. No method of storage or transmission is 100% guaranteed secure, but we don't do anything with your data beyond what's needed to run the app.
Age Restriction
Amino Minder is intended for users 18 and older. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 18, and the app is not directed at children.
How Long We Keep Your Data
Your data is retained for as long as your account exists. Deleting your account (Settings → Delete account) permanently removes it — there's no retention period after that beyond what's briefly needed to complete the deletion itself.
Changes to This Policy
If this policy changes in a way that matters, we'll update this page and change the effective date above. We won't quietly expand what we collect or how it's used without saying so here first.
